From dynamic flows to restorative stillness, our diverse classes provide the perfect space to reconnect with your body and mind—no matter how you’re feeling.

Vinyasa

An energising practice where each movement is purposefully linked to breath. The focus is on smoothly transitioning between poses in a continuous flow. This is a strong & dynamic style of yoga which builds both physical strength and flexibility.

Modifications & alternative options are offered throughout the class to make it accessible to all practitioners.

Gentle Flow

Perfect for those easing into yoga or seeking a more gentle practice. Gentle Flow offers a soothing mix of slow and supported movement practices and breathing techniques. This class is suitable for all levels of practitioner including beginners who are looking to create a strong foundation for their regular practice.

Yin Yoga

A slow-paced style of yoga which  is designed to support nervous system regulation, muscle repair, and immune function. This practice focuses on long-held, passive poses that target the deep connective tissues, releasing tension and improving flexibility. It’s the perfect way to balance the fast pace of life, encouraging stillness and introspection. Suitable for all levels, Yin Yoga  is an excellent complement to more active forms of yoga and sports.

This practice focuses on balancing strength and flexibility through a combination of postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness. Moving at a steady pace, Hatha Yoga allows time to explore alignment and build body awareness, making it an excellent choice for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. You will leave the class feeling centered, refreshed, and connected to your breath and body.

The instructor will offer progressions and modifications for all levels. Using controlled movements and mindful breathing, Pilates will leave you feeling strong and invigorated.

Beginners Course

Intrigued by yoga but don’t know where to start?

This course will cover the foundational movements, breathwork and meditation elements that make up a Vinyasa Yoga class. In just 6 weeks you will feel confident enough to take part in our regular classes! You'll be taught how to do key poses properly from the start, with appropriate modifications tailored to your needs. You'll receive more of the teacher's attention, allowing you to progress week by week.

1 class per week for 6 consecutive weeks.
