What should I wear to a yoga class?Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Many people opt for leggings or shorts and a fitted top. Avoid baggy clothing that may hinder your movements or get in the way during poses.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?We provide all the equipment including mats, blocks, bolsters, blankets & straps. Of course, if you have your own mat you are more than welcome to use it. Feel free to bring water and a towel.

What if I'm not flexible enough for yoga?Yoga is for everyone, regardless of flexibility. It's about improving your flexibility, strength, and mindfulness over time. Our teachers will provide modifications to suit all levels.

Can beginners attend yoga classes at the studio?Absolutely! Many of our classes are suitable for all levels. Let the teacher know that you're new, and they will guide you through the basics. We also offer a six-week beginners course if you want to dedicate the time to learn yoga slowly.

How early should I arrive before class?Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the class start time. This gives you time to get settled before the class begins. Classes start promptly and doors will close and be locked.

Where do I park?There is free street parking on King Street and the surrounding areas. There is also a free car park at Enderby Civic Centre. Please allow ample time to get parked.
