She'll be teaching S&C flow, Power flow, Vinyasa flow and Gentle flow.
As a former GB athlete, she brings strength, conditioning and functional movements to her teaching style. Her classes will help you become stronger, more flexible and fitter. She will challenge you in a safe and nurturing environment to help you reach your full potential. With her big smile and positive attitude, she will make sure that your goals are achievable.
Yoga Teacher
Dan McMahon
Dan will be teaching two vinyasa classes on a Saturday morning.
Dan has a back ground in calisthenics/bodyweight training and incorporates this into his classes giving people a more modern, anatomical and technical approach to practicing yoga. This includes aspects of breath work and meditation to give people a well rounded experience of a yoga practice.
His classes will help you become stronger and more flexible in the body and mind, helping you leave your mat grounded, open and energised.
